Team PSA Volleyball Club
Team PSA is very excited to begin our seventh year. During the past five
years, we have sent 5 teams to the Junior Olympic National Tournament.
Team PSA is well known for developing athletes that are well rounded volleyball
players. We focus on the all important fundamentals while taking the
athletes to the next level.
We are offering
travel, regional and local teams from 12 and under to the older ages groups.
All of our teams were very competitive in
both the regional and travel tournaments. Our top two teams will have
three opportunities to qualify for the National Tournament while our local teams
will have one opportunity. We also take special care and attention has been given to hiring the most qualified,
experienced coaches. The level and number of teams will be finalized at
tryouts.
What makes Team
PSA different?
-
All athletes attending our tryouts have an equal opportunity to be
considered for our club. Athletes are evaluated on their athletic ability,
potential, attitude, enthusiasm and hustle.
-
Great Coaches!
Our staff has a combined experience of over 100+ years of Junior Olympic
coaching. Our staff includes coaches that have qualified multiple teams
for National Junior Olympic Tournament, a Division I All American from Texas
A&M, Varsity/Junior Varsity coaches from local prestigious schools, and
Middle School coaches.

Volleyball Club Philosophy:
The Team PSA Volleyball Club coaches and staff are dedicated to providing the
best possible quality club volleyball program for your daughter. It is our goal
that your daughter will have an enjoyable experience training and playing at a
high competitive level. Team PSA focuses on the development of players and
team. Please understand this is a very competitive level and
player playing time is not guaranteed. Players will be expected to be 100%
committed to their team. This includes attending practices and tournaments. This is essential
for the development of the player and the team.
During the course
of the club season, coaches will counsel with each player regarding her
progress. Statistics will be maintained for each player. Skills and
physical testing will take place again during the season to determine the
player's progress.
The coaching staff will
be working with each player as a team on the mental part of the game.
Players will learn how to win. We feel it is
important to not only prepare the players to win physically but mentally as
well.
